Sounds gross but tastes good.........
Put 1 can of cream of mushroom
1 can of cream of celery in baking dish
(I use 9 x 12 glass) and stir the two soups together. Add pork chops (up to 5 or 6 chops) and spoon soups over the pork chops (if needed add a little water because chops need to be completely covered in liquid to be more tender) Cover with a glass lid that fits or cover with aluminum foil. Bake on 300F for at least three hours (the longer it cooks the more tender it will be). When you are ready to eat make rice and heat a can of early peas (little green rolly peas) and open a can of pears. Serve pork chops over rice with peas and pears as side dishes. Really easy and really good.
Can substitute cream of potato or broccoli (would not use cream of chicken or onion)

When I make pork chops for myself i love to scrub some small potatoes and then slice then and hold them in cold water til the cops are ready to turn then i add them , with some crushed garlic and diced onions. If there isnt enough oil from the chops i add some olive oil and allow to cook. Salt . pepper and a touch or crushed red pepper when ready makes it a kiss form heaven. served with a side dish of corn or aspagus and warm bread or rolls w/ butter and you are off to the races.

Applesauce or canned jellied cranberries. Also, mashed potatoes (can use gravy if you want for them and the chops), au gratin spuds, and corn.
