I really want to keep my weight that i trierd to reach it im frightening from go back to my old weight beacause im just abandoning the diet because i cant stand more all my friends in the school eat alot and dont be fat exception me
im the alone who dont eat why???i got ennui

Different people have different metabolic rates and different excersize schedules. It may not be possible to do as your friends do.

Try not to think of your new eating habits as a diet.
Just stick to good food choices, along with some form of exercise. As silly as this sounds, keep your weight control to yourself. If you share it with others that you are trying to lose or maintain your weight it actually can cause you undo worry about it. You sound like you are on the right track.. keep up the good work, and just enjoy how far you have come. God Bless !

If you do not want to gain weight you must remember: you have to burn more calories than you eat, with that said, just be more active, walking, school/rec. sports. you will have to get off the couch and move!!
I know it stinks that some people can eat anything they want and lots of it and stay skinny. Everyone is different. People like us can look at a dessert commercial and it seems we gain weight.
exercise, loads of water, and when you eat the foods you know are loaded with calories, just don't eat too much, this way you won't feel like your suffering/deprived

That was a hard question to understand. i understand how you feel. Everybody I know has no problems with their weight and I am the only one who has to watch what I put in my mouth. But the reality is that you are the one who has to live in your body, so u have to stick to your diet. Just try and treat yourself every once in a while.

Find a sport you like and play it often. If you play something such as basketball a few times a week, you can eat whatever you want.
