Vonage has all free European service....why don't you try it!!
if you choose an American VoIP provider they are usually more lenient that European companies...

Depending on where you are calling, there are new VOIP services that offer free, or nearly free calling between your regular home phone, and the home phone in the other country you are calling.
Check out the two below. Both ring your home phone first, and then ring the destination number. If both phones are on their list of free countries, the call is free.
