No. The cooking and canning process destroys a lot of nutrients in fish. Fish is best eaten gently baked or, in my case, RAW!!!! I lave sashimi!

No. But canned fish is better than fresh meat in terms of nutrition.

There is probably some loss due to the canning process. However, if you cook fish you will lose nutrients too.
My opinion is the canned fish is still a good source of protein and minerals. Also, depending upon the fish a good source of Omega 3 fatty acids.

Exercises that are fun will be something you both like to do. My husband and I take brisk walks every weekday morning. I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for 2 years. My husband is on a similar diet with more complex carbs because his energy output is quite high. Details such as my experience, types of foods and veggies to eat, healthy low fat snacks, meals, recipes, walking as an exercise and to shape the body etc etc, are in my blog. Xiaozhen

It had to but I'd prefer fresh fish instead.
I have prepared some dishes from an excellent place or site I found in the net: http://recipes4u.iespana.es
They have american, asian, italian, mexican etc. recipes and they are free for everyone. Something better: Seafood recipes.
Kind regards

with any food...the more you process it meaning frying, canning, baking...you loose nutrition...steaming is the best way to go without loosing all your nutrients and damaging the enzymes...but with canning there is still plenty of nutrition yes
