If I said " I am laughing on u " does this makes sense ?

Or it could be " I am laughing about u "

OR Laughing shouldn't have a preposition after it ?

For example , If I did something funny or said some jokes ... Will u laugh on me ? or ... will you laugh about me ?
OR will u laugh because of me ?

no and no
it needs to be "i am laughing at you:
or i am "laughing with you"
they will "laugh at you" if you tell a funny joke.
or you can ask someone "to have a good laugh with you"
if you want to tell a joke
someone might laugh because of something you did or at you
