Would you also give him the right to vote and put all legal documents in his native tongue and make it a crime to ask him to learn to speak english? And forgive all his crimes. Would you give him preferential treatment over those that follow the law? Or would you have him arrested and sent to prison and deported?

If he/she was lucky enough to get away with invading my home - it is LEGAL to shoot a home invader in Texas so long as they are physically inside and not outside your residence - I would have their butts thrown in prison and than deported.

I would either have him arrested or if I caught him breaking and entering, in my state I get to shoot and kill him.
Edit: idb83 I speak Spanish and have wonderful vacations in Spain, Bolivia, and Argentina. When I am in Cozumel, or Puerta Buena the locals can not understand my Spanish! Those who are invading Southern New Mexico also seem th have trouble understand me. Why is that do you think? As for living in Mexico not on a bet. Argentina, Yes, but the cost of living is not any better ther than it is here.

I'd hunt down his *** and haul him to prison, sue him, then haul him AND his anchor babies to the border myself.
If I was in a bad mood, they'd be removing that person in a body bag.
