Lack of proper rest can lead to depression. My best answer to really look at your overall life. Why are you financially burdened? Are you overspending on things that you really don't need, do you live in a place that you really can't afford, do you gamble or drink too much? Try to find ways to alleviate the financial hardships you experience because as long as you work two jobs you will never find enough time to smell the roses. Accept that life is peaks and valleys. Don't just 'think' you can, KNOW you can and believe it. Trust that everything is as it should be, whether that be a good thing or bad thing. Remember, what doesn't kill us, makes us stronger.

You are on the right track.Just know that it wont last forever.Always try your hardest to remain upbeat and think positive thoughts.Whenever you encounter any negativity you must turn the other cheek and stay focused. It is difficult at first but with a little practice, like a week or so your mind will be trained to stay focused on the positive things happening all around you.Stay close to your loved ones, they can and will offer much helpful support.
We have all encountered these same thoughts, you must and will fight through it.I have confidence in you that you will because you care and are very much aware of your situation. You can control it but you must never give into it or quit or give up for that matter.
If you seem to be slipping back, know that it is OK,and that tomorrow is a brand new day and a new start for you and the rest of your life.Stay positive and focus on what really matters and let the rest go.
I wish you all the best.Remember you can and will conquer.
It just takes time, patience and perseverance. Best of luck
to you and dont forget to smile. :p

Rest is important, so since your time is in short supply, make good sleep hygiene a priority (move the T.V. out of your bedroom, try to keep a regular sleep schedule, for example).
Also, regular vigorous exercise is great for keeping depression at bay. You don't have to have a gym membership. Jogging or walking briskly every day for thirty minutes will help.
Find a book on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in your local library. It will have some good tips on fighting depression by fighting disordered thinking patterns.
Build a social network of friends and family members who can be there for you. If you are religious, join a church.
Hang out with positive people.

i hear you on this one. i was in a similar situation and it is difficult but you have to press on. take some time when you need to, listen to your body and if you feel like you are getting over-worked-you probably are. keep positive, don't shut people out of your lfe and keep them posted on how everything is going.
many times when people are overworked and depressed they need to talk to others. supportive family and friends will be able to help by just talking and listening. sometimes others see disaster before we do, and their feedback and support will be helpful. if you think you have to see someone professionally that might not be a bad idea either. times are tough and it doesn't hurt to get a consult with a therapist and see where that goes.
get some rest once in a while, stay positive and know that you are doing the best that you can. good luck and be well!

Every payday, treat yourself to something. Even if it's something small, like a movie you've been wanting to see. I am in the same situation myself. The temptation to fall into depression falls on you strongest first thing in the morning. When you wake up, don't think about how miserable you feel, just get up out of bed and turn on your favorite song, or whatever relaxes you, and get going. I know it sounds simple, but if you just sit there or lay there feeling sorry for yourself, you will think of a 1000 more reason to be depressed. Don't allow yourself to absorb the feelings. Start thinking about something else immediately, such as a wonderful childhood memory.

Learn the MINDFULNESS BREATHING: Sit, or lie down comfortably in a quiet, darkened room, but not in pitch darkness. Clothing and footwear should not be restrictive, and it should be at a comfortable temperature. Your fingertips should be facing upwards. Focus your attention at the place where your breath enters and leaves your body, preferably breathing regularly, through your nose. Any stray thoughts coming into your mind should be noted, then gently refocus your attention on your breathing. This should be done for at least 15 minutes, but 20 is better. Once learned, you can practise this in your meal break, before, or after work.

First, know that everyone goes through hard times. Some may not have financially hard times but their challenge my be something else. Second, your right it will not be like this always and times will get better. Third, friends and family are the supports that make life worth everything. Fourth, God loves you and can help you through a good church family.

I learned a great many useful skills from a friend who has since created a website that offers his program to those willing to work on themselves to better their control over their mind and emotions, you might check it out.
http://www.geocities.com/the_inner_search
I have used this program, and now present it to others, it is really simple and it does work.
