I left Britain for precisely that reason. Now i stay in Australia the place they have a useful immigration coverage. Asylum seekers listed decrease than are arrested and deported at modern on arrival in Australian territorial waters. they have even made a clean regulation different than for any island off the coast of Australia from the country for immigration purposes, making it plenty much less difficult to deliver back Asylum seekers, their army patrols their waters and that they chase off boats suspected of bringing Asylum seekers

Well, it isn't really. People still celebrate christmas and buy cards with pictures of Santa in an old English village, people still love sunday roasts and good English ale, people still celebrate St. George's day and do pretty much what they've always done.
It's the government that puts up crazy rules like being unable to wear a cross if an employee at work in an airport in a christian country. You still see fiercely proud people on the streets, and immigrants only make up 8 percent of the British population. There is no real loss of culture.

Some people don't seem to realize that once the problems in these people's countries are resolved, they will go back home. Would you like to think that if something went terribly wrong in this country, and it could be anything, that you could go to another country and be supported until the problem has passed. I suspect that you would probably demand as much. The vast majority of these immigrants and asylum seekers are only here for the short term.

It's sad that so many are coming up with "you deserve it" or "karma" answers.
Does the past really justify having the English culture, which has influenced and benefited the world so greatly in the past, being wiped out to create YET ANOTHER Islamic state?
Just because the English may have been colonialists, does anyone expect them just to up and out to accomodate every group they've hurt in the past?
The world grows crazier and more illogical by the day...

And what is the English way? Most of the culture comes from the wars we started hundreds of years ago when there was still an empire.
If Gordon Brown was torturing you, you'd want to escape to somewhere safe.

Someone once said: Good fences make for better neighbors....Check out what is happening in Germany, England, France and the Swiss are deporting anyone who is found committing crimes. Most folks are tired of their own cultures and languages being eradicated. It's the way of the world. I don't think unification of nations is working very well.

Judging by some of the answers on here people are terrified of been called racists...i see nothing wrong with wanting our English way of life to continue...and those of you who think we are too lazy to work and so the immigrants do it for us you are totally wrong there....the immigrants work for the wages that we can not afford to work for, only today i heard of a builder who is employing four of them at £3.00 ph obviously they are not on the books at that rate...how long before the higher earners start to loose out to the immigrant workforce i reckon thats when something might get done about it...i have nothing against any foreigner but things are getting out of hand and it is starting to feel like i am the foreigner in my own country...get us out of the European union
