Usually best absorb able proteines are animal proteins . It will be better to take one egg per day for protein. Although there are proteins are available in market in granules form because in a capsule the quantity of protein wil be very less which will not be useful .

protein is not a micro nutrient. you have to take about 60 gm of pr per day to meet anabolic needs.No single capsule can meet that.Try protien rich foods ie meet,fish or vegetables(legumes).Also dont much depends upon vit capsules.Follow a good diet and you dont have to take supplements.
