I am from the U.S.A. currently in south korea teaching and they require a back round police check from me. Please help me with some advice on the fastest and most effective way to get a back round or police check on my self.

You may not be able to do so. And if you have'nt done anything wrong, there's nothing to worry about. If you have done something wrong, start packing ! BTW, I think that's "back ground" check...Often people are not allowed to to a back ground check on themselves.

Request a background check through the US Embassy in Seoul South Korea. They can do it for you. You cannot do a background check on yourself.
