"s" will replace the soft "c". Sertainly, this will make the sivil servants jump with joy.

The hard "c" will be dropped in favour of "k". This should klear up konfusion, and keyboards kan have one less letter.

There will be growing publik enthusiasm in the sekond year when the troublesome "ph" will be replaced with "f".

It's already happening. The more slang that is spoken, the more it becomes true english. Also, with the use of technology jargon, new words are appearing in the dictionary like never before; 20 years ago there was probably no such word as "email". Every language evolves - just look at American English and British English - American's always miss out the "u"; that should fit perfectly into your example.

I'm for it, my name would finally get a chance to be spelled correctly. And all the folks who keep rearranging the letters in my name, would actually stop.
I keep telling them, "My name is not CLARA!!!!."
