I would stick to clear soups. Milk may upset your stomach.
Chicken noodle, & beef consume are good. Just try not to overtax your system, it is working hard to get rid of whatever is bothering you!

It's better to eat a broth-based soup, like chicken noodle then a cream based soup like cream of mushroom or any of those cream based soups. those soups are made heavy with stuff and broth soups are light. Hope this helps

If it is an upset stomach you are nursing, than no absolutely no cream based soups. Best thing to eat when sick is the tried and true chicken noodle soup.

It's Ok to eat depending on how you are sick. If your sickness causes you to vomit, then I would stick with a clear soup like chicken noodle. Milk products are a little hard to digest and will upset the stomach - same with acidic things like tomato-based items. I'd eat jello, drink tea or ginger ale - not 7-up. The ginger in ginger ale calms the stomach. You can add toast also.

You'd probably do better with a broth-based, rather than cream-based, soup. And mushrooms don't sound nearly as appealing when I'm sick as do noodles in chicken broth.

I find cream of mushroom soup very comforting to eat when I don't feel well. I love the stuff so I can eat it anytime!

If that is what you want to eat and depending if you are coughing something up. In which case I wouldn't eat it. Chicken noodle soup I think is better. It helps restore and put more fluids in your body

I would imagine it's okay.... but when I'm sick, I don't like dense soups, so I stick with chicken noodle. Always hits the spot :)

I wouldn't suggest it. Chicken noodle soup would be better. Or maybe Tomato soup. It works for me.

I don't think I would , the milk you put in it could upset your stomach & make you throwup. I would go with chicken noodle soup.
