Don't try to play someone you are not. Be yourself. Show them that you can learn new things quickly, show them that for you, this job is great, unlike for many older people with experience. Most importantly, get ready for couple of tough questions, such as: 1. Why do you want to work at Walmart? 2. Why do you think you could be a good cashier (customer assistant, store manager, etc.) at Walmart? 3. What was the most difficult situation that you have encountered and the simplest way that you used to solve it? 4. When in your last job did you go over and above what was expected of you? 5. If another co-worker were gossiping about someone else something which is untrue, how would you react? 6. If a customer accuses you of bad customer service, what would you do? 7. If a supervisor asks you to change the way your job is performed even though you know you were doing it right, what would you do? I wish you all the best! Robert
