In somes cases I would agree.
The after math of a war is always peace. There is no war, after a war has ended. That's basic logic. Exhibit if there is war, after a war has ended, the war has not really end. (Hope you got that one)
Freedom is slavery?
I think that we can only be so free. IF we all just stopped working nothing would ever be done here one earth.
So we have to restrict our freedom level, and live our liefs out as slaves to the system.
Ignorance is strength?
How many Christians call their ignorance thier greatest weakness, if they did it would not be ignorance.

Disagree...
War has nothing to do with peace. War add to the fire of making other mad.
Freedom is the feeling of being free. For example. We have the freedom of speech. But really we do not. Many go to jail for what they say with no actions behind it.
Pain is strength has nothing to do with ignorance.
Ignorance is just not wanting to admit

Orwell wrote a great book ("1984," for those of you who don't know the origin of the question). Unfortunately, many people don't see that it relates to real life. They don't realize that they are "slaves" to their ignorance. They rewrite history to suit their beliefs. They ignore scientific facts that refute their beliefs. They believe that their religion makes them strong, when it is really ignorance.

The Sphinx: Until you learn to master your anger...
Mr. Furious: My anger will be my master?!! That's what you were going to say, isn't it??!! You just turn things around and pretend that you're saying wise stuff!!!
The Sphinx: Maybe...Maybe not.

George?... George Orwell?... Is that you, George?
Yo, man... I thought you were dead. Hey... I know you got your inspiration for 'doublethink' and 'doublespeak' from christianity... but there's no need for you to rub it in by bringing it up in Yahoo Answers.
