You might just be young and can'not spell, thats ok with me i know what your trying to say, by the way they have a check spelling button on here, you might think you spelled correctly, but just double check to make sure ok?
to answer your question, No, world war 3 has not started, It would mean more countrys would be fighting, and that has not happened.

Yes it has, Historians will probably link the start of the actual conflict to the invasion of the US Embassy in Tehran by the Radical Islamic Students as the start of hostilities. Note: most Western countries including the USA did not then or even now admit that war is being waged against them by Islamic Extremists.

world war three is over, it ended with the toppling of Russia. It can be said we are in world war four, due to the far reaching effects the war on terror has caused.

No. Look at WWII. There was conscription, the Blitz, and it was a real conflict that drastically changed the lives of most of the western world.
Now look at the Middle East conflict. No conscription, no real effect on anyone in Britain who isn't related to the one of the brave lads.
