Im asking it here because it seems this is where most people are having fun.
I live in Australia & im about to start my own small business in fresh pet produce. What would be a good, cheap & effective way to market my products?

Fresh pet produce? You want people to buy what pets produce? Don't most people just throw that away?

a couple of free ways to advertise would be through craigslist or even through a myspace page ( I know it's kind of cheesy but effective). I run a small invitations and stationary studio and get many great responses through using their business networking.

Also, if you don't have a website already I would look into getting one started. There are many cheap routes to go, you just have to look for them. I pay $10.00 a month for a small business plan.

Good luck and I hope this helps!

Local newspaper would probably be the best bang for the buck. See how much it would cost to take out an ad in a section that your target audience would probably look at. Pets I'd probably guess the Living or Home section
