Because in dream world and in spirit your vision is perfect. The vision problems you have in body are due to physical imperfections but these problems do not translate to the nonphysical world.
If you did have vision problems in the dream - seeing items blurred or otherwise distorted that would be a symbol for not seeing clearly in life and not due to you simply having to wear glasses.

the bottles , glass = breakable was important to you, Christmas is a metaphor for family being together peace light love making up no more fights respect.. might be you in a position that is fragile, one way or the other .. there might be some things going on in your family? that you think of as a 'breaking point?'and you have to safe it? or just that you really happy with who you are and your family and you are afraid that it will break.. or you might just have to let go.. and when while it all is OK except it as it is you must look up to your step dad he did alright dint he? he keeps it all in one peace.. XX don't worried you are fine and there are a lot of people that love you deeply , well that's what i felt ..let me know if i was right and you OK?

Because it's not your physical eyes you are seeing with. It's your "mind's eye". The brain recalls clear images as previously seen physically with glasses, because they are easier to interpret when seen clearly. Now if you had ALWAYS had bad eyesight (since birth) and had NEVER worn glasses, your dreams would appear just as fuzzy as your physical sight, because your brain would know nothing else. But since your brain knows what visual clarity is supposed to look like, you get the same mental clarity in dreams.
And no, people totally blind since birth do not have visual dreams. There are no visual images in the dreams of those born without any ability to experience visual imagery in waking life. Those totally blind since birth do dream, but the dreams are based on what senses they do have, such as hearing, smell, and feel. Most of us don't smell in our dreams, but almost all blind (since birth) can smell in their dreams, since it is a "guiding" sense for them.

Your dreams are generated in the brain, they are not external of the brain and therefore don't need your eyes to relay the images to the brain for interpretation.

Dream is in a way visualize in your subconscious mind.
There is no need for glasses at all. You see things from your mind, not from your sight.
It same goes with blind people, they do dream, but visualize with their subconscious mind, not their eye sight.
So, whoever has soul can dream
