foe the past 2 days i have been feeling horrible! yesterday i had 3 back to back classes and thought that they were causing a headache, then later i had another class and even though i took some Excedrin for migranes the headache turned worse. it went from headached to migrane.then next thing i know i am having chills, crying,in pain-migrane-, and feelings as though i would just pass out. called one of my girlfeiends up and she tells me that i am burning the candle at both ends and it is not even the 1st month of school yet.i calmed down and stopped having chills..still had the migrane which was becoming worse yet i ignore it and took some Excedrin. today when i woke up at my bf's place my throar is sore, the migrane is unbearable and i feel like crying from all the pounding noise, light, anything at all.now i still feel that i need to go to sleep and not wake up until tomorrow because i am so out of it.told my bf i would be out of his place-not to be rude-soon yet i can't:i am not well

you are definitely sick.
if school has just started then you could have caught something from a passing dorm-mate or friend. It's probably something mild anti-biotics can fix...but you need to see a doctor.
most contagious infections (like strep) or viruses (like a cold) are easy to get rid of, but if you don’t get treated right away they can turn into something quite nasty. Go to the nurses station at your college and get this taken care of before you get to the point where you can't get out of bed.
Prolonged fever and headaches could be a sign of something serious. Get looked at if nothing else so you can alert your professors of the medical issues you are having. Teachers respect you more if you are proactive about your health instead of asking for extensions later on.
hope u feel better

you need to go to a doctor. Your illness may be far more serious then you think. Having headaches like you are is not good. If you are not covered by insurance don't worry a hospital cannot refuse service. See a doc ASAP! Ditch the boyfriend. He is an asshole and has no compassion for you in your time of need. Get someone that deserves you and respects you. He should have offered to take you to a doctor.

It sounds like the flu, but it could be something much worse. I know you said you can't get to a doctor on campus today, but get your boyfriend or someone else to drive you to a doctor off campus immediately. And don't go to clas. If the room is spinning, and you are crying from the pain in your head, you need to go to the doctor first, and bed second. Don't worry about your quizzes. You are very sick, and it's more important to get better than to worry about your grades right now.
So go to the doctor right now!!

Try going to a near by clinic, if not try some coffee. I get migraines a lot and coffee helps. Take a shower and try just plan ibuprofen, sleep and plan to wake up around 4 ish to do some study and eat. Sounds like you might be getting the flu. Are you getting your period? Sometimes under stress your period could trigger some major headaches. Rest of girl and feel better!

you very well could be doing too much. It sounds like a migraine, but the sore throat makes me believe you could have strep or mono which would cause your headache, chills, sore throat etc.
Since you are a college student, go to the school Dr. It should be paid for, it is usually added into your tuition, so should not cost you anything! And they will treat you with the proper medication. I wouldn't wait, you can end up getting sicker without help.
Hope you get to feeling better

First, get as much water in you as you can. You sound dehydrated and exhausted. Then get to a doctor! Go to the emergency room at the nearest hospital. When I was in college, I went through something similar. I crawled to the hospital and found out I was severely dehydrated. They gave me i.v. fluids and it really helped. You are wearing yourself out! The doctor will give you a note and I'm sure your professors will understand. You need some fluids and some help. Now go get it and get off the computer!

It is normal for some one who has been away from home to feel homesick. From my own experience it will take you about two more months. Thereafter you wont be missing them as much. Now with the internet and the available communication programs and webcams you can be in contact with them almost as often as you want. So stop nagging and be a man. Think of how to make good friends at the new school

Just get some rest. Sleep will make you feel better and drink plenty of fluids. Im sure after a nap youll feel better and will be able to study. If not maybe u can talk to your professors and can take the quiz monday instead of friday.
