U didnot mentioned any names of the chinese dish. I am giving U a very simple home cooking. Its called Beef with oyster sauce.Ing: 1lb beef, 10oz kale, a little spring onion, aliitle ginger.Slice beef thinly against the grain.Marinate it with 1tbsp soy sauce, 1tsp chinese wine,1tsp tenderizer or baking soda, 3tbsp water,2tbsp conrstarch.Remove hard stem from kale stir fry in 2tbsp oil until cook. Line on plate.Stir fry beef with ginger,spring onion in 2tbsp oil add in 2tbsp oyster sauce,1tsp sugar,a litle pepper, a dash of sesame oil.Stir fry it very quickly until even & place it on top of the kale.Done very quick & delicious goes well with white rice.Hope U like it.
