What is a good green tea that helps for weight loss?

I'm looking for a good green tea that i can find easy in a local store like: Wal-mart, Target, CVS ect.......

if anyone can help me by letting me know about a simple tea that comes like in tea bags that would be great!

You want 100% pure green tea with nothing added. Most green teas that come from major manufacturers like Lipton, Snapple, or Arizona are LOADED with high-fructose corn syrup, which is the father of all dietary evil (you can gain 15 pounds in a year just by drinking one Snapple Green Tea a day). If you have a Trader Joe's near you, they sell 100% pure green tea in 32 oz. bottles. There are many green teas available in tea bags or loose, should be able to find them in any grocery store.

However, green tea is not going to help you lose weight. It contains a little caffeine, like any other kind of tea which will has a mild diuretic effect (makes you pee), but that will not help take off weight.

To lose weight you need to eat less and exercise more. Simple but hard to do.

Arizona Green Tea with honey if you like it cold, or if you care to brew your own both Celestial Seasonings and Lipton both make excellent Green Tea flavors. My husband has lost over 100 lbs since I swapped him from pop to Arizona Green Tea. Good luck!
