Technically, the Gospel has to be spread throughout the ends of the earth before the Messiah is to return for the Christian idea of the second coming. Technically, the world is full of diverse people who are blind, deaf and dumb who believe in either G_d, or Yahweh, or Allah or in the Christian G_d head, which revolves around the Trinity, God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit,not to mention the 25,000 plus gods of religions of other regions around the world. Technically, if you have never been under the law or had knowledge of the two commandments of the Christian G_d as viewed through the Trinity then you cannot be held accountable. It is when you come into the knowledge of the law and sin in spite of having that knowledge that the order of the day is repentance or atonement. It is not all about heaven and hell, sometimes it is about the journey. Much of life is improved through religious community based faiths. But I digress, define heaven on earth? Some define it as actually having a spiritual side, recognizing G_d, following and doing right by yourself and others, in spite of your circumstances. Today as I looked out at the mountains and across the sky and breath in the (semi)fresh air, I was in heaven. Did I feel like G_d was there with me. Certainly! Was I really thinking about heaven or hell at that moment. Not really!!! Enjoy the journey it is not all about damnation and stuff like that.

Illness never stops a person from ascending heavenward; physical ailments have physical causes, emotional/mental ailments have emotional/mental causes, and spiritual ailments have spiritual causes. If you are ailing in any of these and seek ways to improve it or to heal it, you're on the right path. Otherwise, people sometimes create their own figurative 'hell' when they don't choose to help each other heal, or when they refuse to try and improve their health.

Illness may cause conflict, or confusion, but it doesn't stand in the way of a sure ascent heavenward. Deliberate choosing to move forward, grow, learn, have faith and hope, and overcome will enhance and improve the life of anyone who has an ailment, especially one that has no known or apparent cure.

According to my faith system,

you enter heaven by doing good things, and avoiding the bad.

if you have a mental imbalance that does not allow you to make a good distinction between the good and the bad, when you make a decision, youre unaware. as your imbalance makes it hard for you to be aware of rights and wrongs.

God does not judge this behaviour of yours then.

He completely ignores it.

There are three people who God will put in heaven without judging: the baby, the old person who has reached an age where their brain doesnt work very well anymore, and the person who does not have sanity. (these people upon death will not be judged by God)

At times we all feel like were losing our sanity tho, and we do things we cannot control, God is most merciful and God will forgive us, as long as we try our best to be good people on earth.

Hugs and blessings

I'm not sure about mentally handicapped, but there is this: You better have your testicles intact.

Leviticus

21:18 For whatsoever man he be that hath a blemish, he shall not approach: a blind man, or a lame, or he that hath a flat nose, or any thing superfluous,
21:19 Or a man that is brokenfooted, or brokenhanded,
21:20 Or crookbackt, or a dwarf, or that hath a blemish in his eye, or be scurvy, or scabbed, or hath his stones broken;

Stones broken= damaged testicles
