Take her to the vet. Whilst in transit a quite warm, wet flannel should ease the discomfort for her.

It is a common occurrence in cows and other livestock that have fewer offspring. In dogs or cats, it is less common because they have litters. If any milk is passing at all, then sit with the dog and have the puppies nurse just that one nipple. Put one puppy on it until it is full. Then put another puppy on it until that one is done eating, etc. It just takes stimulation to work out the lump. If no milk is passing, then can you work it out by gently milking the udder? If not go to the vet and have him do it. Sometimes small calcified "clots" will clog up a nipple hole or two.
If the entire breast is inflamed and emptying won't help a round of antibiotics from your vet would be in order. Keep warm compresses on it.
Now, I am assuming this is a dog with puppies. If not, and there is a lump on a dog that is not lactating you need to see a vet. That would probably be a breast cancer. They feel like small peas or rice pieces in the mammary area.

Are you sure that's what it is ?? You should go to the vet for something like that.. You don't want to get an infection and the problem be far worse... I have never heard of breast milk clotting up a nipple... Unless it was maybe gooey and infected w/ pus and gross... and then it would need a vet.

If it is just a clot you could rub and massage the nipple to work it out you could also put a warm wash cloth on the area where you think it is to help soften it
But please make sure that this is all it is she could be haveing other problems that you do not want to over look

If it is infected than you have to take her into your vet. If the nipple it self than she can transmit the infection to the pups. Not good.
I have seen clogged nipples and they are easy to fix but I cant see your dog. You should get her into your vet as soon as you can.
