Marinate them in coca cola. Rinse before cooking. Sprinkle with your favorite seasoning. Put your sauce on during the last 10 minutes of cooking. DELICIOUS.

Try them Memphis style: A heavy shaking of garlic salt and a good coating of paprika. Grill over a low fire about an hour.

Any sauce is applied at the table (doesn't need any)

There are so many types of marinades. But I wouldn't rinse after you soak them in coke. The coke makes the meat absord whatever else you decide to use with it (it carbonates the meat).

My brother in law uses:
1 QT. VINEGAR
1 QT. KETCHUP
1 COKE
1 BEER
1/4 BOTTLE WORCHESTERSHIRE SAUCE
1 ORANGE 1/4ED
1/4 C. MARGARINE
1 LEMON
1 C.BROWN SUGAR
DASH OF TABASCO SAUCE
5 MINCED GARLIC CLOVES
1 LEMON 1/4ED
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE

simmer for 45-60 minutes

marinate ribs for a few hours and then grill em up.....

If you mean barbeque ribs, then try a little dry rub.

Salt
Pepper
Cayenne
Garlic powder

Then Grill

You can also buy all these mixed together at a grocery store, preferably made by McCormick.
