Aside from dying in a car accident, being murdered, or something tragic like that, how long will i live? I know you don't know the exact answer but will the age i live to be similar to that of my parents? Or lets say my parents lived a decent amount of years...if i stay away from things like drinking and smoking and stay on top of my diet and exercise will i be prolonging my life? Just curious if there is a correlation to the life span of grandparent, parent and child? thanks

MJ has the rough data. YES, it does help to have longevity in the family. If you have grandparents who live long lives your chances are better. You can't buy those good genes. If you have them, the main enemy becomes yourself as you noted in the question with the smoking and drinking abstention.

If you are born today, you will live until 78. If you want to live longer, you should be born as a girl, then you will live to be 82.

Ur gonna die tomorrow! I am a person that reads people even just buy your name!
If you healthy and don't get cancer or any other disease then you could live past 80.
But if you die in your sleep tomorrow then yea ur dead.
Or if your drink has been spiked even if it's just water.
