Rammie, I'm not Christian but I still thank Godess AND God for every single morning, rain, snow or sunshine. but I guess at my age, just waking up is a wonder in and of itself. LOL

I wake up every morning and thank God that He's been here for me, thank Him for my family and for keeping them safe, and then I thank Him for the day I am about to receive.

I do daily, and so does my entire family.
I have a note taped to the bathroom mirror.
It reads:
Lord, whatever happens today help me to respond according to your Spirit, rather than react according to my flesh.
I read it..my husband..my kids!
And at the bus stop, we hold hands and pray for that day, wisdom and knowledge, the bus driver, the kids, and TONS of patience for the teacher. :) and whatever else is on their hearts.
