My father and hi father have both had hair loss and if this is the case then i'm fine because i don't think anyone from my mother's side of the family had problems of hair loss. Thanks.

I have heard that, actually. My older brother is starting to bald at age 26. May dad's hair is still pretty thick at age 52 while the men on my mom's side are almost all balding. Hopefully, for you, that's the case! Good luck!

eat a balanced diet, get regular tiny hair trims. take a supplement for your hair. gnc stores sell them. dont pull hair up all the time it breaks it off if you do it all the time, stay away from color and try to let hair air dry and dont use any kind off curling irons or straightners. that will help you grow your hair healthy and faster. but hair only grows about 1/2 an inch a month but this will help it be healthy and it may grow a little faster, some people take prenatal pills.

If it was, then our mom's would be bald. Baldness is a male gene problem and women don't carry it. When a woman loses her hair, it isn't from the same gene that causes male baldness. It is usually from a hormone imballance or some form of medication alergy and not from heridity. I would start counting your hairs.
