windows media center help?

i have windows media center installed onto my laptop for windows vista but everytime i go on windows media center it exits out and back to the desktop. it said that it had something to do with my norton internet security. help please. thanks.

Make sure that you have all of the latest Media center and Norton updates installed. which norton are you using? I have used three different with Media cemter with no problems.

Disable Norton and see if that solves the problem.

If yes, in-install Norton.

If no, call Symantec tech support.
