Culture club is the quintessential 80s club.

Culture club is an awesome 80's club. They even have Boy George dancing on the bar (and in the ladies room for some reason). Definitely worth going to!

The coolest clubs are in the East Village, Avenue A, around Tompkins Square Park.

After you see the parade go to Bleeker Street and check out any of the clubs like the Back Fence, Kenny's Castaways Lion's Den (on Sullivan) Red Lion etc.

well first you have to go to the halloween parade in the village - after that I think polyesters is still around - but if you are in the village there will be tons of stuff to do
