By accident, I've bought the N*d 32 PestPatrol anti-virus and anti-spyware which only supports up to Window XP. If I insist on installing it to my laptop ( Window XP ), any damage to my laptop ?

I'm so worried. Have I wasted my money to buy it?

No, don't try to install it.

You need the Vista Version, if available. Call the vendor for an upgrade.

Hi, there should be no damage at all to ur OS. You can try to install it on Vista and if it gets installed then well it will work then no problem. If it doesn't get installed then u can install it on a Windows Xp computer if u have any. For your Windows Vista then I would suggest these programs as they are the best and free out there:
AVG Antivirus:
http://free.grisoft.com
Spybot for spyware and malware:
http://www.download.com
Comodo Firewall:
http://www.personalfirewall.comodo.com
Good Luck and take care!
