Yes. My body is the temple of the Holy Spirit. I treat my body well with proper time for work, exercise and rest. I have both natural and spiritual food as my diet. It is working good.

A Temple? No. A God given blessing, yes.

So why is it that some people can live every healthy lifestyles, ( by whatever standards are stated at any given time ) and still they die?

And yet many live totally unhealthy lifestyles and live to be 90?

Yes... just like a place of worship, the body also need to be well kept because in it resides the soul just as the Lord's image or idol in a temple.

Of course, but few people have that kind of willpower and just cannot be that regimented. Too much fast food, and just too much in a hurry to cook good food, vegetables, and such. Our body is the Temple of God,and we certainly shoujld all take better care of it.... I try, but don't make the grade....

Yes, sure. Human r three things in one . We r body, soul and spirit. Body is the outer appearance of any human being. Soul is our understanding, our characters, our feelings, etc. Spirit is the thing God put in us while creating us, with which He speaks to us.

We must nurture those three things. Spirit ,by praying. Soul , by reading and learning. Body , by considering it to b a temple. So , we should not drink wine , or smoke, or hurt our bodies, or having sex outside marriage.

Good luck!

I consider my body to be my body anyway and I try to eat healthily (slow food) and I walk to stay fit although I probably drink more units of wine than I really should, I don't smoke and that helps.
