Off the top of my head, and I'm brain-dead right now, I've got "In Your Eyes" by Peter Gabriel off the movie Say Anything, and "Make Someone Happy" by Jimmy Durante off You've Got Mail(I think)..

I hate to put it to a vote, but if it's your favorite songs there really is no right answer. I had to pick the best based on the one that seemed to have the most movie knowledge.. AND told me what I was trying to figure out; That "Make Someone Happy" was off Sleepless in Seattle, not You've Got Mail. Great job! :)

"Suicide Is Painless" from "MASH".
I have to say the whole soundtrack from "Sleepless In Seattle", especially Jimmy Durante doing "As Time Goes By".
Another great soundtrack is from the movie "Stand by Me".
How about Ray Watson, "My Favorite Martian", doing "There Is Nothin' Like A Dame" and "Bloody Mary" in "South Pacific"?
"Waltzing Matilda" in "On the Beach"
