Do you know any good prayers to ask God for forgiveness?

I have done really bas things in the past, and i want to come clean with God, do you know any good prayers so i can ask God for forgiveness.

The prayer for forgiveness of all your sins, past, present and future, is to ask Jesus to forgive you of all your sins and accept Him as your Lord and Savior. Once you are born again the Holy Spirit comes and lives in you convicting you of your righteousness in Christ every time you sin so that you are encouraged not to sin (John 16:10) and you are put in Christ by God (1 Corinthians 1:30). After you are born again you have God's forgiveness everytime you sin because you are, spiritually, in Christ all the time and it is in Christ that you have the forgiveness of sins (Ephesians 1:7; Colossians 1:14). 1 John 1:9 is actually a prayer for salvation because it is only when you are saved that you are cleansed from all unrighteousness. We have God's abundance of grace and the gift of His righteousness to reign in life (Romans 5:17). When we are in grace sin has no power over us (Romans 6:14). To have victory over sin it is not a matter of asking God for forgiveness but to walk in grace and truth and in Jesus and be led by the Holy Spirit (Galatians 5:16).

You need to pray what comes to your heart. That will be a true prayer asking for forgivness.

I pray and ask for forgiveness every single day. No one is perfect and so I pray to be more like Him and strive to serve Jesus Christ each day.

He asked people to become.
Imagine what will you do , if you are God.

Then all will be like your children and you will
think that :

What you need to do right now is pray to God from your heart and confess your sins before God. Don't pray someone else's prayers, pray your own. Tell God that you have sinned and ask Him to forgive you. Ask Jesus into your heart and to teach you what He would have you do for Him so that you may now live for God. We once did this beautiful ceremony at church camp when you wrote down your sins on pieces of paper and then in a group burned them. You literally watch your worries and sins burn away.

God is forgiving, at least the Christian God I'm assuming you're talking about, and I think you need to just talk to Him/Her and say that you want to repent for your sins.

If you're Catholic, there's the whole confessional thing, which I'm personally not too down with but these all help.

Whatever you do, YOU are the one that is left with the feelings of guilt/redemption, so do what feels right.

Psamls 51...However u have to be open to God and tell Him what u need forgiveness for, just speak to Him and be honest and sincere. Pslams 51 should help you to start if u dunno how.
