I am in australia on student visa. My friend in India want to come here but on work visa. I dont know the requirement of workvisa. Please tell me.

first tell him to have a valid passport with ECNR seal and first tell him to book a ticket when he pretend to travel,then go for any travel agency he will get a work visa in week or less.
you need not to break the head.
everything has to be done by your friend itself.
only if company from Australia sends a joining letter then people from that company sends the visa for the worker.
so in this case your friend has to do everything.

your friend has to find a job first in australia. Then only can he apply for work visa.

You have to contact Australian immigration department: He can get it easily if he is having the technical or special training in any of the field to work in AU
