"Cliquester" is possible in English given its rules of grammar and word formation. The internet has some articles using this word including one from a site called www.gottadance.org:

it usually reflects the kind of clique it is. for instance if it were a chess club you might say chess freaks or brainiacs depending whether you want to be positie or negative .
