There are a number of military camps in Mardin.This is only one of them.Call them and explain yourself.Do it in Turkish if possible.

first of all, which camp do u mean? there is lots of military bases in Mardin?
Do you have an adress of it?
and dont call the number that first answerer gave... the number doesnt belong to Turkey.

You can try calling 011-49-631-413-7783, that's the chaplain's office for the 21st Theater Sustainment Command, which supports those deployed to Mardin - perhaps they can help you further. (Note that it is an international call from the US, thus the "011")
