It's pretty simple. You're wrong.
Now what are we talking about? Your question is missing a lot of details. What do you believe is contradictory about the Bible? Which Christian ideals do you not want to follow?

Christians can say that you are wrong for the same reason that they can say that there is a God.
1. Because they actually believe it.
2. They have that right to under the United Stats of America's wonderful little commandments of their own (yes, they were mirrored after the big ten).
3. They actually can't grasp the idea that someone can have a different thought pattern from their own and NOT BE WRONG.
Your best bet when dealing with Christidiots is to ignore them... or start yelling blasphemy... they tend to run in fear at the latter. =)

Because the Christian faith is based upon the thought that they are right and everyone else is wrong. There is also a fundamental belief that they are responsible for returning the sheep to the flock, i.e. bringing people back to Christianity. It is part of their core beliefs. This is not always the case, though. There are more and more tolerant Christians as time goes by. If that is not your faith, respectfully acknowledge their beliefs, their right to have them, then request that they respect your beliefs and your right to have them. It saves face, and most of the time, the Christian in question will respect your answer and leave it be.

Maybe some day you will wake up to the fact that most other peoples thinking is only programed fantasy. Jesus was right when he called them sheep. They are so easy to convince that all the T.V commericals make hundreds of millions from them . Not one time in recorded history has it been proved that any of those stories as written are true. That book has been rewritten several times and according to the scriptures that is a no-no. It says not one word or tittle shall be changed

You would need to clarify just how Christianity is contradictory to itself. Why is it wrong to try to convince others of one's ideals? No one can force you to believe anything.

Because deep down they believe you are wrong. It's a freedom of speech thing. You don't have to listen to them, but they are allowed to say it. It's also not restricted to christianity. Athiests do it too. I'm not picking on them, but I just finished the God Delusion and that man is very, very angry.

So many people shall be telling you about your being wrong in this or that(Christians included) and they are entitled to that.Similarly, you are entitled to your views,Irrespective of what anybody says. That's the beauty of a free society. No,you don't have to prove Christians wrong but be steadfast in your own views, beliefs and convictions.

Just because you think you found some contradiction, does not mean it is.
Protestants believe that the bible is the sole authority and that it interrupts itself. So if you understand the technique, you can resolved most contradiction.
The bible is not a science or history book, it is a religious book for the believer.

They don't realize that their religion is contradictory to itself and would defend it with their last breath. But they also think it's their "duty" to convert as many people to their cult as possible.
