Hi- I am worried about you, and am a concerned person. I have a friend that cuts herself, and in addition, she also has DID, or Multiple Personality Disorder. She was sexually abused starting @ age 3, and that is just the start of her sad story. She resists cutting all the time, sometimes she can control it, other times, she can't. She has a public myspace site- tenacious4one- There may be some information as to what she is going through. As strange as this sounds, and for the doubters out there, this gal's story is true. I believe in you, and I believe you want help. You can e-mail me anytime. I do counsel others via volunteer work, and can try to help you the best I humanly can. Don't fret if I can't get right back to you. BUT, I will do so, believe me, I will. I've had my own Demons to tackle, hence, the support group. It is my goal to help others help themselves. It looks as if you have a big support system out here for you, as I read the comments made by others. Take hold of those reaching out to you. You are never alone. Take care, and remember, you don't have to suffer alone. I do have one question- Have you gone to a Physician regarding ur depression? Just a thought........Again, take the opportunity from those who are welcoming you with opened arms. A good support system is the beginning of a healing process, or, at least knowing that you are loved unconditionally and not judged. I certainly know I am one of those who care. E-mail me anytime!

There are many reasons people cut themselves... For some, it is because they are in so much pain that they want to be numb for just a while. Others cut themselves because they want to feel something for once.. It all depends on the person. It triggers release of the body's natural opiate-like chemicals to reduce the pain, which causes some people to experience something similar to being "high" after they finish cutting. Perhaps self-cutters have become addicted to their body's heroin-like reaction to cutting, which is why they do it again and again.

Depressed by whom . who suppressed you.
Look at that issue seriously.
Your expectations of yourself is depressing you ??
Are you thinking that world should be perfectly predictable and should move as per your predictions ??
Before You many superior and intelligent people have tried the solution of cutting the Self. ?? The disappeared and world is moving like before. Sun is shining , flowers are blooming, sky is lit with stars every night. seasons are coming and going.
No one will ever miss if you cut your self. But think Do you have the right to Cut which you have not created. After cutting yourself will you be able to rejoin as it was before the Cutting,
The mysterious life within you is gift of God or creator. Life it or Loose it . it is up to you.
Efforts are needed. A woman at the risk of loosing her life becomes pregnant and suffers for nine months . A wonderful life awaits after her suffering ends. But man is so impatient, intolerant that every pain is seen as blocks. Happiness is wanted in an instant. No efforts to look within is made. Blaming the Other is the Name of the Game. We are human beings and so weak physically, others have cared for us to nourish us to get us to this age.
But when it comes to caring for others we slip into Depression and we even dare to cut ourselves. ? What a logic ! what a pay back !

Come on, do not cut yourself. Stop, life is so beautiful. Tell that demon to go away from you, but say it with authority. Do not permit that demons to take advantage from you. God has put in you the power of the authority, use it.
"I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions, (these are demons), and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you." (Lukes 10:19).
Read the Bible. The word of the Lord God, cleanses the mind of man. Read the Psalms, Proverbs, S, John, Galatians, Ephesians, Colossiand, etc. It is going to help you a lot. I sent you already a prayer for you to say, do it, please.Talk to God, Pray. Ask God for help and forgiveness. Forgive those people that have cause any hurt in you.
God said: "Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know. " (Jeremiah 33:3). I know that this is a Word of the Lord God. Jeremiah was going through tribulation. He cry and cry to God because of his boundage, sadness, etc, and by seen himself and his people been prisoners of this king.
In my worst days of tribulation, in my most difficult times, I heard the Lord saying the same words to me, and I had to bend my knees before the Lord Father God and I clamor to Him in the name of His Son Jesus Christ and tell Him all my troubles. After that, I saw my miracle. Maybe it takes some time, but it will be done. That is why we true christians worship the Lord, because He is good. He is the only one to set us free from any burden. He use His people to do the work to help others. Just talk to Him and believe. He just want you to believe and trust Him.
Isaiah 26:3-4, says: You will keep in perfect peace him whose mind is steadfast, because he trusts in you. Trust in the Lord forever, for the Lord, the Lord, is the Rock eternal. Jesus Christ love you.
Be blessed.
God bless you always.
