Hypnosis is an pretty much a sham. If you still belive in it- do not pay anyone to hypnotise you- it's expensive and you might not get what you want.

Nobody has ever lost weight, stopped smoking or changed their life solely because of hypnosis- they change because something inside them clicks and they are ready to do those things.
