Before you started dieting was your snack or lunchtime always at 1? that could be the reason why you're starving at 1. Your body is so use to eating at 1 that it automatically makes you hungry. When i had that problem I just stopped wearing a watch and stopped looking at the clock that way my body never knew it was time.
If that isn't the culprit I suggest eating something low calorie and healthy at 12:45, and drink a lot of water too. Something like a piece of fruit, vegetable or some nuts.

Just eat some diet stuff or low calorie things.. sugar subsitutes help.. or keep yourself busy at a job or clean.. or do something so you don't run to the fridge.

problem is Princess is that you're not eating a diet you can live with. Eat what you like..just keep it to 1200 calories a day. Combine that with 30 minutes a day exercise and you're good to go. You'll drop about 2 to 3 pounds a week if you really stick with it. That's a healthy weight loss without starving yourself...good luck

when you think about it, you can really talk yourself into the idea that it doesn't all have to be eaten today. just eat what you plan when you plan to eat it. Have a strategy, and surround yourself with the right tools to succeed... and always remember..
