Seems a healthy attitude, depending on the family.

You might find out later in life that you actually do care about this person. No matter how bad they are. My Father wasnt a nice Guy, trust me. In his last years he became apologetic and a lot nicer so this may make a difference. Well he died 3 weeks ago, and i found out that i definitely did care. Even if i thought i did not. Sometimes when people do bad things to you i think that this may be an average response. I dont think that it is a "bad thing" per say. I do think that in Time you may find your feelings changing. As you grow older you start to realize that everyone is as flawed as you are. Every Human has something wrong with them. Some a lot more than others.

You didnt say if you were Christian, but if you are then you must forgive this person if you wish to be forgiven yourself. Unforgiveness is like treading water while holding a heavy stone. If you don't let go of the stone, sooner or later you will tire and drown.

Mar 11:26 But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses.

It sounds like you are angry and that is a feeling.

Give yourself some time and see if you feel the same way.

From a biblical standpoint you have basically killed them in your heart. Not good........ I would actually recommend praying for them.
