You must arrange the written project proposal which stated the historical background information about the project,the purpose of the project,the committee mamberds,the activities needed and its cost,the duration of time for oits completion (time shedule) and who is its contactor.This project proposal should be approved by the managent of the church and then you give to all of the attendances of the church with a list.They should give donation in the list which stated their names,adresses and the amount of their donations and the last they should sign it.I hope you will success at last.

Call on members of the community to help; call on stores, etc and think up ways to make money like having a white elephant sale, getting people to donate discards and sell them...people will help when you ask and show initiative.

Have a talent showcase. Let the members get invovled. Let them display there talent and have others pay to watch
