well... one of the great things about jungle juice is making it on the fly...
but here are my basic rules for my jungle juice. I make it in the big 5 gallon pitchers with spouts on the bottom.

2 750 ml bottles vodka
750 ml bottle (peach) schnapps
750 ml bottle (apple) schnapps
750 ml bottle of bacardi
1 bottle triple sec
1 bottle sour apple pucker
1 bottle gin (small bottle)
5 liters sprite
4 bottles strawberry wine (like arbour mist)
2 containers of orange juice
10 oranges, with the peels cut off, sliced
5 grapefruits, with the peels cut off, sliced
5 lemons, peel left on, sliced
1 bag frozen peaches
1 bag frozen strawberries

yep. sounds disgusting, but its SO good. We make it at least 2 days in advance, you have to clear out alot of room in your fridge or have a spare fridge. I usually add 2 liters club soda right before the party to make it fizz up a bit.

Everclear and a type of juice, sunny delight is a wise choice mixed with a red/fruity juice. also adding pineapple chunks soaked in everclear will add to the amount of drunk level you desire.
