It's basically tuna salad & crackers. Take out the mayo & just put the tuna & relish on whole wheat crackers. It's not the healthiest snack, but it's definitely not the worst, either.

Tuna is fish. Mayo is eggs and oil. Crackers are flour, salt, fat, and baking soda. Which is the villan? Be wise and use a good quality White Albacore. (Less fat but then less Omega3) but cleaner and tastier. Mayo? not a problem if it's fresh. Just go easy and use it for flavor, not for bulk. Crackers? there's a thousand kinds on the market. Choose one that suits you. Ritz is my favorite, you might like Hi Ho. Just don't eat the whole box and you'll be fine.

Pretty healthy if the tuna is in water, not oil and the mayo is low fat.Whole grain crackers would help.

I eat tuna salad on crackers as a snack or light lunch. I don't do relish. Why wouldn't it be healthy? Eat an apple with them.

well, season the mayo and you have a tuna salad or dip (depending on how much mayo)
healthy...depends on the amount of mayo. and the kind.
go for something like best foods mayo. cos it's not hydrogenated oils. if you're going to eat fat, it might as well be healthier.

old bay works miracles.

It could be healthy if you use a low fat mayo and very little of it. Tuna is very good for you.
