Which place is the hardest to get?

Pitcairn Island in the S. Pacific is pretty hard. My understanding is that there is no air service and only a few cruise and freight ships go there. Antarctica is also probably hard to get to (only via a few cruise ships).

I do not understand the "to get" part of your question? Are you talking about geographic location or price ranges?
