Well I'm sure if it was possible that women could finaly get revenge!!!
Artificial wombs already exist so I'm thinking just implanting one. It would be just like a breast implant in a mans tummy cause I want some pregnancy leave from work.....

No. there have been some tries at transplanting a uterus into cisfemales and that they have all failed from rejection. the belief of transplanting a uterus right into a Transsexual woman is absurd The embryo could could desire to be fertilized in a attempt-tube and implanted. the guy could could desire to take a battery of anti-rejection drugs that could desire to be volatile to a coming up fetus. A Transsexual woman's neo-vagina can not function as a beginning canal, so whether a infant could desire to be carried to term, it could could desire to be extra by ability of ability of c-section. it could be prohibitively costly, to not point out risky. the only actual way this could ever paintings is that if a uterus could desire to be grown from a individual's very own stem cells and then implanted. this could do away with the opportunity of rejection. Such technologies is probable 20-30 years away, at ultimate, or maybe whether that's perfected, that's going for use on organic and organic women who lost their organs to disease way previously it could be used on a Trans woman. And what insurance employer is going to pay for this million greenback non-compulsory surgical technique??? @George M?Casland - all and sundry can bend over, strengthen a chair to their chest and upward thrust up. that's an city legend.

Im sure with enough hormones and genetic therapy one day science will figure out how to do this but the body will treat it like an intruder because a man's DNA is not coded for reproduction in that way.
But hey, they cloned a sheep! Who knows!
