Yes, of course they do. In .177 as well as .22 caliber.

To the best of my knowledge, bb's have never been made of lead, at least not in my life-time. BB's are made of steel plated with copper or brass.

If you mean pellets, yes, lead pellets are still available.

A lifetime ago they were made here in the U.S. before the Copper BB's we all know today were manufactred/available.
You might want to check with our friends here in Answers that live in the United Kingdom and see if they are still made there......

"James J" would be correct - I know of at least two, Beeman & Gamo.

Though they are refered to as "lead rounds" - they are 4.5mm - .177 - exactly the same as Copper/Zinc etc. plated steel BB's
