there are federal tax breaks and grants that are awarded to companies that employ felons & maybe even state-specific programs. the age old rule applies-money talks! find a company in your area who taps into this benefit. i know that in the greater san francisco bay area, most of the large grocery store chains hire felons & the local union halls have information on all kinds of trades that are easy enough to sign on with. unions are cool too cuz its a paid way for the 'working poor' to become educated & skilled in a trade, there is job security & all the benefits generally afforded to those who boast higher (college) education, ie sick & vacation pay, health/dental, cost of living increases, retirement, sometimes travel, uniform, tool, further training etc..expenses
also, a totally different information resource-find out how to get in touch with your local United Way & Salvation Army offices, they should have some local suggestions for you. and i almost forgot-the parole officer should have some employment listings or information resources, there are employers who list with them specifically.

Wow, it particularly is f***** up particularly. That dude is screwed for his entire existence for being a baby rapist, no longer that that makes it ok, yet he could have had an quite reliable attorney, or in a roundabout way particularly did replace his approaches. in spite of the undeniable fact that it does not replace his attractiveness or label, so do no longer think of that he gained, or beat the gadget or something, cuz i'm advantageous he continues to be have been given something coming to him. As for the pot broking, who is conscious what he could have completed in penitentiary to stay there, and who is conscious what else he could have completed outdoors of penitentiary that is protecting him there additionally. As crappy as this could sound, you particularly do no longer understand each and all the info, and not understanding drives a great number of innovations which would be the two rational or irrational, you in basic terms do no longer understand now a days while it involves specific issues, until you realize. he gets the crap kicked out of him for something of his existence possibly. purely help female, and circulate directly to greater suitable issues that don't contain some dumb *** baby rapist. Tell him to go get job counseling at Goodwill Industries. I think they hire people who are having problems getting (or gatting back) into the work force. They have a job bank to search through... all kinds of good and helpful stuff.

Hang on and I'll retrieve a link for ya.

Here's the link to their main page... http://www.goodwill.org/page/guest/about

Good luck! I know it is possible for him to get a job. My cousin did hard time and she is gainfully employed, now. Support from the family is very important, though.

You should pick a skill to master and go with it every extra minute you have. Work a crap job to make $ now but use all your extra time to learn a real skill that has a future. Plumber, electrician, landscaping, etc.
