I have these really itchy bumps on my legs, no were else but my legs. I know its not from shaving they started to pop up before I shaved last. I have put several different topical creams on and still itch. I haven't changed any thing like soap, detergent, lotion, or anything like that. I am the only one that has them my parents don't have them or my boyfriend.

It sounds like a rash. Try taking a benadryl for the itching, it should help. If it doesn't go away in a few days, go see a doctor. good luck! :)

It could be due to dryness. Dryness in the skin can easily cause irritation, which leads to rashes and funny itch bumps. The more chemicals you put on your skin, the dryer it can become, especially if you put on many different types of chemicals. Your skin requires a strict balance in moisture to stay healthy. Try using JUST moisturizing lotion and wait it out. Don't be so quick to put on other lotions. It's important to stick to simplicity. I say this because I had a serious acne problem. The more I attempted to switch topical formulas the worse my situation became. I realized I was only weakening my skin further, causing dryness, which led to more acne and other various skin conditions. Be gentle with skin.

They could be insect bites. Do you have pets? They could be flea bites. Some people seem to be more susceptible than others, so you could have them while no one else in the house does.
