there you have it my friend, i think they all said it is the position of the guitar neck.
I think the position of the wrist is what is giving you the pain. I have had the same problem before, its from overextending the wrist i think, try and have the same position as when we are sitting and playing.

The other folks who answered and said the angle that you are holding the guitar at is bad, are correct. It may also be due to where you keep your thumb. I have been told to hold the thumb against the back of the neck, opposite the finger or fingers on the fret board. This is supposed to give you more strength, as opposed to holding your thumb on the top of the neck.
You might also try stretching and dexterity exercises before (and while) you play. Any repetitious activity will cause tiring and pain, and too much will cause tendon and muscle damage. Exercising will help prevent that and will also build strength so that you don't tire so easily.

No I think it is because of the strap being set to long and the angle of the neck to your wrists for having the guitar too low and your arms just aren't long enough to match . that's why classical guitarist sit too play .

My guess is that it has to do with the position/height of your guitar. You might be holding it too low - or too high. try re-adjusting the strap and the angle to a more comfortable position.
