Are there a place in Southern California or website where I can get loans $300 without employment? I need to pay some debt right now but I am not employed yet. are there website or places in southern california where I can borrow money without employment telling them that I will pay back in few months?

If you aren't employed, how will you pay back the loan? You won't find anyone to give you a loan.
Find a job, even a minimum wage job in fast food.

well...you have to pay back loans..I know where you can get grants...more than $300...
go to 3rd street prominade of santa monica and sit on a sidewalk looking poor and dirty with a money jar in front of you...
or you can go wash windshields on the intersection...
you can make thousands doing that...

I doubt it, if you don't have a job, you don't have the means to pay the loan back.
